These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and Shell88 ("Shell88", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://shell88.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Shell88 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with Shell88's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

The following terms, when used in these Terms with initial capitalisation, shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

Registration and use of the Shell88 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their Account:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Shell88 strictly prohibits access by minors. If Shell88 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended pending age verification. If verification is not completed to Shell88's satisfaction, the Account will be permanently closed and any deposits may be returned net of any withdrawals already made.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of the Platform is lawful under applicable local law. Shell88 does not provide legal advice.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be subject to any legal restriction, court order, or guardianship arrangement that would prevent you from entering into these Terms.
4. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not have self-excluded from Shell88 or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion programme that would cover Shell88's services. Attempting to open a new Account while subject to a self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.
5. Not Acting on Behalf of a Third Party: You must be using the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes and must be acting solely on your own behalf. Opening or operating an Account on behalf of another individual or entity is strictly prohibited.

To access the Shell88 Platform's real-money features, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

Single Account Policy: Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Shell88 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any bonuses or winnings associated with duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are found to have exploited promotions, Shell88 may additionally close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Shell88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Shell88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Shell88 Support immediately at the email address provided in Section 15. Shell88 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporary suspension of the Account pending investigation.

Account Closure: You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting Shell88 Support. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shell88 accepts deposits via the following supported payment methods, all processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

• Boost eWallet
• GrabPay
• DuitNow (real-time interbank transfer)
• FPX (online banking — Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank)

• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20), Litecoin (LTC)

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the point of deposit. Shell88 does not impose deposit processing fees; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own charges for which Shell88 bears no responsibility.

Accepted Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your Shell88 Account are legitimately owned by you and do not derive from any criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity. Shell88 is required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and may request documentary evidence of the source of funds at any time.

Cryptocurrency Deposits: Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed blockchain receipt. Shell88 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or network delays beyond its control. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to a minimum of one network confirmation before being credited.

Players may submit withdrawal requests for their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50, unless otherwise stated. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

KYC Verification: Shell88 may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. KYC may include submission of a government-issued identity document (MyKad, passport), proof of address, and/or evidence of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until satisfactory KYC documentation is received and approved.

Processing Timeframes: Shell88 targets the following processing windows, measured from the time a withdrawal request is approved:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: under 5 minutes (typical)
• DuitNow / FPX — Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank: 5–15 minutes (typical)
• Direct bank wire / manual transfer: 15–60 minutes (typical)
• Cryptocurrency: subject to network confirmation times (typically 15–60 minutes)

These timeframes are indicative only. Shell88 does not guarantee processing within these windows and shall not be liable for delays attributable to payment processors, banking institutions, or blockchain network congestion.

Bonus Restrictions: Bonus Funds and winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Shell88 reserves the right to deduct the original Bonus amount from withdrawable winnings in the case of non-sticky (cashable) bonuses, in accordance with the applicable promotion terms.

Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Shell88 reserves the right to request additional verification if a Player requests withdrawal to an alternative method.

Shell88 offers various bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have completed registration and met any stated deposit or wagering prerequisites. Shell88 reserves the right to exclude certain Players from specific promotions at its absolute discretion.
2. Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20). The Wagering Requirement must be met before any Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
3. Maximum Bet During Active Bonus: When a Player holds an active Bonus Balance, the maximum permitted single bet or spin is RM50 (or the equivalent in other game formats), unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Placing a single bet exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
4. Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently to Wagering Requirements. Video slots typically contribute 100%; table games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette) typically contribute 10%–20%; live dealer games typically contribute 0%–15%. The specific contribution table for each promotion is available in the promotion's full terms.
5. Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry window, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of activation. Any unplayed Bonus Funds and associated winnings remaining at expiry will be forfeited without compensation.
6. One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active promotion at a time unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly permit stacking. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses simultaneously without authorisation may result in cancellation of all active bonuses.
7. Anti-Abuse: Shell88 reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy Wagering Requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

All bets and games played on the Shell88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, which are made available within the relevant game interface or betting market page. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters concerning the game outcome; these Terms shall prevail for matters concerning Account management, payments, and conduct.

Bet Acceptance: Shell88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice. In particular, Shell88 may decline bets where it has reasonable grounds to suspect manipulation, technical error, or where the bet would result in a disproportionate liability to the Platform.

Odds & Pricing: All displayed odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet settlement. The odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance shall govern the payout calculation. Shell88 does not guarantee the availability of any particular market or odds level.

In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets on sporting events including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, the UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other covered markets are subject to additional in-play betting rules. Shell88 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues or uncertainty about match integrity.

Errors & Technical Faults: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest pricing error, Shell88 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes. Shell88 shall not be liable for losses or missed winnings caused by technical faults beyond its reasonable control.

Game Results: All casino game results, including slot spins, live dealer table outcomes, and crash game results, are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live play outcomes as applicable. Shell88 does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Shell88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Balances (both Real Money and Bonus), and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Territory
• Using automated software, bots, AI betting assistants, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players or with Shell88 employees
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors in a manner that provides an unfair advantage
• Conducting matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies using Bonus Funds
• Depositing funds derived from criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity (money laundering)
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit transaction without Shell88's prior consent
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Shell88 staff members or other Players in any communication channel
• Attempting to circumvent any geolocation, identity verification, or responsible gambling restriction imposed by Shell88

Shell88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable individuals. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Players, accessible from your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a set session duration to encourage regular breaks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request exclusion from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and the Player is blocked from creating new accounts during the exclusion period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing your Account.

By accessing the Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any ownership interest in Shell88 IP.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any Shell88 IP in any form without Shell88's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of Shell88 IP may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shell88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Shell88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Shell88's liability for death or personal injury caused by Shell88's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Shell88 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Shell88 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players use the Platform at their own risk.

Shell88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they materially affect Player rights or obligations — Shell88 will provide advance notice of at least seven (7) days via email to the Player's registered email address and/or a prominent notice displayed on the Platform.

Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or formatting updates) may be made without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page under "Last Updated".

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 4.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shell88 holds its operating authorisation, to the extent applicable.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact Shell88 Support (see Section 15) to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Shell88 will acknowledge all dispute notices within 5 business days and will endeavour to resolve disputes within 30 business days of receipt of all relevant information.

Escalation: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to a mutually agreed independent arbitration body. Shell88 will cooperate fully with any properly constituted arbitration or regulatory investigation.

Time Limit: Any claim arising under these Terms must be lodged with Shell88 within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims lodged after this period will be time-barred.
